Subject to these terms, we offer refunds on the purchase of goods but not on the provision of moving services. Our booking cancelation must be made within 24 hours prior to thr moving date. If you want to cancel with less than 24 hours you may be charged a cancelation fee. We do not refund after service has been completed.

Your belongs are covered at $0.60/lbs, our insurance will reimburse based on the weight of items damaged by our crew.
